Salient Concepts LLC ("we", "us") operates the Aria home automation assistant. This policy describes how we handle information related to our SMS notification service.
We collect and store phone numbers of household members who have been manually registered by the account administrator with their explicit consent. We also retain message logs for service reliability purposes.
Phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS notifications requested by household members via voice command. Notifications include timer alerts, home automation status updates, and informational responses.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties. We do not share personal information with any third parties except as required to deliver messages (i.e., our messaging carrier) or as required by law.
Message frequency varies based on user requests. Messages are only sent when explicitly triggered by a registered household member.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also request removal of your phone number by contacting us.
Phone numbers and message data are stored on privately hosted, encrypted infrastructure within our local network. No data is stored on public cloud services.
